Relevant Diploma or Degree (NQF level 7).
5 Years relevant experience. Telecommunications experience will be an advantage. Previous experience in configuring campaigns on a campaign management tool would be an advantage.
Driver’s license, willing to travel.
Core Description (Duties & Responsibilities)
Responsible for supporting CPM in the planning and execution of targeted campaigns/ programs/ processes in support of defined segment strategies.
The focus will be on the customer lifecycle, and may include acquisition, on-boarding, up-sell/cross sell, usage stimulation, recharge contextual offers
and churn prevention.
